Dear Proprietors for M&M Pest Control,Firstly, I would like to thank you for all the years you have taken care of our family's pest needs. Years ago when my son was about 3, there was a funnel web spider in our back yard and one of your guys came out and "saved us'. My son is now 15 🙂 so we have had a long history with you. Thank you for the work philosophy you have obviously instilled in your technicians. They have all been diligent and most helpful.I am writing to you today however, to commend one of your technicians who has attended my home (I think for about 3 years). Every year I have meant to contact you and write this email but life gets in the way and then it has slips my mind. But today I was determined to make the effort to write to you. When you are a business owner with staff, you can only hope that when they go out on your bookings, that they represent you well. I want you to know that Christine is one of the most professional, communicative and helpful technicians I have encountered. She is always punctual and every time she comes here I learn another snippet of information which helps me manage pests around my home. She has not just learnt what she needed to to get through her courses to do this work, but she remembers it and has an easy way of explaining it. She is passionate about her profession, which has shown every time she has been here. I called M&M Pest Control to get rid of pigeons under the solar panels on my roof. They came on time, did a very professional job and always had a very good communication with us, before and after. Very happy with the whole process and the company. I strongly recommend them

We have been using M&M Pest Control for years now, both at our current address and our previous one. They call us every year to remind us when our inspection and treatment is due and their staff are always efficient and courteous on the phone. They call us to let us know when to expect them the day before the scheduled visit and they always arrive on time. The staff they send to do the inspections and treatments are polite and knowledgeable (and often give us some great tips about how to discourage pests in the first place!). We would highly recommend their services.
